The DogTrace d-fence invisible electronic fence allows one or more dogs to run freely in a defined space, whether fenced or not. The wire can be placed on the ground, slightly buried (maximum 10 cm deep), or attached to an existing fence. In standby mode, the system waits for your dog to approach the forbidden zone (formed by an insulated wire functioning as an antenna).
This zone consists of a first part that serves as a warning, followed by a correction zone. If your dog crosses the first limit and enters the warning zone, it will receive an audible signal. If it continues and enters the correction zone, the collar will emit corrections through electrical stimulations. As soon as the dog leaves the forbidden zone, the system returns to standby mode. The widths of the warning and correction zones are easily adjustable from the generator to suit your terrain and your dog. With quick initial training, your dog will quickly learn to respect the limits imposed by the invisible fence. The system can work with an unlimited number of dogs by adding extra collars to the original pack.
The integrated battery in the control box ensures 16 hours of operation in case of a power outage.
