- The Clucks: For a short and quick call, emit a Tu-it, Tu-it.
- The Double Clucks: Keep your hand closed on the first note, then open it on the second for more realism.
- The Recall Call: Use I-I - Ah To-it-ha repeatedly for a distant call.
- The Landing Call: When the birds are circling but struggling to approach, murmur Too-Too-Too or Guu-Guu-Guu.
