Pulsar Helion XP50 Thermal Vision Monocular

Due to recent events affecting Pulsar's production centers, supply delays are considerable. We therefore recommend opting for an equivalent device from the HikMicro brand, such as the Gryphon GH35

The Helion XP thermal imaging monocular range differs from the XQ models with enhanced performance. The Helion XP50 device offers a 50 mm lens. Its sensor provides a higher resolution than the XQ models, moving from 384 x 288 px to 640 x 480 px, still with a 17 µm pixel. The XP50 model also features a powerful zoom up to 20x. The 2.5x magnification is coupled with an 8x digital zoom.

The Helion XP50 monocular has a detection range of up to 1,800 meters. This means that a standard-sized heat source in the open will be visible on the device up to nearly 1.8 km, even in total darkness. No less than 8 color palettes are available with a simple press of a button, allowing you to adapt the image and heat source representation to the observed environment. The "Hot black" mode, for instance, is particularly suitable for night wildlife observation. The image rendering is mostly in light tones while the heat source appears in very dark tones. The "Sepia" mode is designed for long-distance and/or moving subject night observations.

Stream live on the internet!

The Pulsar Helion XP50 thermal vision monocular, like all models in the Helion range, has a Wi-Fi connection. This makes it possible to connect remotely with your smartphone. You will need to download the dedicated Stream-Vision app. Once installed on your smartphone, you will have access to multiple features.

The Helion XP50 device offers photo and video functions. It is, of course, possible to capture the image or sequence directly from the monocular with the "REC" button. The Stream-Vision app allows you to remotely view the image captured by the device. It also enables you to trigger the capture of a photo or video recording as well as live streaming on the internet.

The internal firmware update of the Helion XP50 monocular is done through the app. These updates are essential to benefit from the latest advancements and features offered by the manufacturer. Recently, Pulsar integrated the "Image Boost" function, which provides enhanced detail and perfect sharpness of the subject.

The Pulsar Helion XP50 monocular operates with a 5,000 mAh Li-ion IPS5 battery. This provides the device with an 8-hour autonomy. It can be recharged out of the monocular using the supplied 220V charger but also left in the monocular using the USB cord.
