Pulsar Krypton XG50

The Pulsar Krypton thermal vision device has a huge advantage: it can be used both as a monocular and as a riflescope! Specifically, the device's eyepiece is removable, and with a simple quarter-turn, it can be replaced with a ring to be attached to the objective of any riflescope, thus benefiting from thermal imaging technology.

From Monocular to Riflescope

This unique functionality for a Pulsar device is where the incredible versatility of the Krypton XG50 lies. Initially, it comes in the form of a compact case equipped with the manufacturer's latest technological advancements, detailed below. This case has a quarter-turn thread on which several accessories can be attached. The Pulsar Krypton XG50 comes with an eyepiece that allows it to be used as a monocular. Once connected to the device, it is possible to use the Krypton in "nomadic" mode for day and night observations. Pulsar also offers a second line of accessories adaptable to the Krypton: the cover rings. These rings allow the thermal vision device to be attached to any objective ranging from 42 to 56 mm. Whether it's binoculars, monoculars, or even riflescopes! These rings attach to the objective and are removable, transforming a basic riflescope into a model with thermal vision.

New 12 µm Sensor

The Pulsar Krypton XG50 thermal imaging device features the brand's latest technological advancements. Thus, it is equipped with the most powerful thermal sensor currently available on the market. The 12 µm sensor allows for infallible detection of the smallest heat sources in all weather conditions. The 640 x 480 pixel resolution offers a sharp image with increased thermal sensitivity. The image obtained by the Krypton XG50 thermal vision device is characterized by clarity, high contrast, sharp contours, informative visualization of the smallest objects, and areas with minimal temperature differences. The hunter can clearly identify the observed objects, both the target and the background, and qualitatively determine the characteristics of the animal trophy.

The image obtained by this sensor is transmitted onto an HD AMOLED screen. The technology provided by this new generation screen ensures significant energy savings. The captured image is clear and fluid, facilitating observation and, most importantly, the identification of a moving subject.

Over 2,000 Meters Range

Thanks to its ultra-sensitive sensor and high-quality objective, the Pulsar Krypton allows the hunter to detect a standard-sized object (1.8m) up to an exceptional range of 2.3 km, even in total darkness! When used as a monocular with the provided eyepiece, the Krypton offers a 5x magnification. When attached to a riflescope, it benefits from the zoom of the scope it is installed on. It will also use the reticle of the scope without affecting its settings.

Wi-Fi, Photos, and Videos

The Pulsar Krypton XG50 is a state-of-the-art device. It features Wi-Fi functionality, allowing it to be connected to a smartphone or tablet equipped with the Stream-Vision application, offering remote control of the Krypton. This application, common to all Pulsar optics, allows for live viewing of the captured image and access to numerous settings. It is also essential for updating the Firmware (internal software). Finally, all recorded images, photos, or videos can be viewed from this app. These media stored on an internal 16 GB memory can also be directly downloaded to a computer.
