The HikMicro TS16-50 thermal imaging binoculars are equipped with an innovative technology called Bi-Spectrum Image Fusion. Behind this complex name lies a true revolution that gives these binoculars an unparalleled image quality compared to its main competitors. The device offers the fusion of two image modes: a thermal source and an optical source. In practice, a standard image from the digital sensor, comparable to an image from a digital camera, is fused with an image from the thermal sensor. The combination of these two images, a real technological feat, provides a very high level of detail. 

The image quality of the HikMicro TS16-50 binoculars does not stop at this image fusion technology. The latest generation thermal sensor offers a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels and a NETD below 40 mK. The NETD is the temperature difference that the sensor can identify. The image is transmitted on a 1024 x 768 pixel OLED screen. The OLED screen allows for low energy consumption, a wider viewing angle, rich colors, and high contrast. 

The TS16-50 binoculars have a GPS localization function. Directly displayed on the screen, this information allows you to view the longitude/latitude of your position as well as the altitude. They offer a WiFi hotspot function to stream the viewed image live to a smartphone or tablet. The device allows the recording of photos and videos, stored on its 32 GB internal memory.
