The Merlin 42 can be used as an attachment lens for daytime optics. The optic features an integrated compass and inclinometer. It is powered by standard 2xCR123 (3.7 V) batteries or rechargeable batteries. The powerful VOx detector and the XGA format OLED display (1,024x768 pixels) provide sharp and high-contrast images. The 42 mm objective lens with manual focusing allows for a detection range of up to 1,482 m. The integrated VOx detector enables 8x magnification of daytime optics. We recommend using the KA-MC clamping adapter (see accessories), available for all diameters.
