The UVision paint has been specially developed by Flambeau Outdoors to reflect UV rays instead of absorbing them. As ducks can perceive these rays, the form then appears as a living bird.
The UVision paint used on Flambeau Outdoors forms allows the reflection of ultraviolet rays. Thanks to this, ducks can no longer distinguish between a simple plastic form and a real counterpart.
The image on the left shows the forms as perceived by the human eye. The photo on the right was taken under UV light. It depicts the interpretation of a Flambeau Outdoors form through the vision of ducks. Visit our blog to learn more about UVision paint.
UVision paint is not the only quality of these whistler forms. Particular attention has been paid to the details of the plumage and color choices. The packs consist of 4 males and 2 females. The formation of large groups of decoys is facilitated by the multiple anchoring points present on the weighted keels.
If you hunt on the coast, where the whistling duck is very present, equipping yourself with these forms will give you a considerable advantage over your neighbor. To the ducks, the forms will appear as real counterparts. Arranging the whistler decoys in small groups will increase the attraction of your setup.

J'attends de voir dans le temps si la peinture tiens et si elle est vraiment efficace. En revanche je suis pas vraiment content du comportement sur l'eau,fait du de bruit quand il a du vent et ca manque de stabilité à mon goût.
